Privacy statement
Who we are
Dysto B.V. (Dynamic Infra Solutions), IJsselstraat 9-13, 5347 KG Oss, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 66112087, is responsible for processing personal data as described in this statement. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@dysto.nl or asked by phone on +31 73 822 03 92.
What data we process
We only process the data you provide to us yourself, for example when you call or email us or use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. The contact form on this website does not store anything itself; it opens your own email program with a message to info@dysto.nl.
If you apply for a job, we process the data in your application, such as your CV and cover letter.
What we use your data for
- To answer your question or request and to stay in touch with you (legitimate interest, or steps at your request prior to entering into a contract).
- To perform a contract with you, such as a project or maintenance contract (performance of a contract).
- To meet our legal obligations, such as the statutory retention period for tax records (legal obligation).
- To assess your job application (legitimate interest, or your consent for longer retention).
How long we keep data
We do not keep data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We keep correspondence about questions for no more than two years after the last contact, unless it leads to a client relationship. We keep administrative records for seven years because of the statutory retention period for tax records. We delete application data no later than four weeks after the end of the procedure, or after one year if you give us permission to keep it.
Cookies and visitor data
This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking services. Fonts, images and logos are loaded from our own server, so no data is passed to third parties when you visit. Our hosting provider keeps technical server logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) to keep the website secure and available; these are deleted automatically after a short period.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your data and only share it with parties that are necessary for our services, such as our hosting and email provider and our accountant. We have made agreements with these parties about the security and confidentiality of your data. Beyond that, we only share data when required by law.
Links to other websites
This website contains links to the websites of our brands, partners and LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply on those websites.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use. The website is only accessible via a secure connection (HTTPS).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to data portability. Send your request to info@dysto.nl; we will respond within four weeks. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (opens in a new window).
Changes
We may update this privacy statement. The latest version is always available on this page.
