Automated storage, from FAT to go-live
For this distribution centre we delivered the control of shuttles and roller conveyors: Siemens PLC software, frequency inverters, sensors and the integration with the warehouse management system.
Alongside the engineering, we took care of installation, cabling and the complete test and commissioning programme through to go-live.
Scope
Control of shuttles & roller conveyors and WMS integration.

Installation, cabling, FAT and commissioning on site.
Result
Internal transport now runs automatically and the system is in daily use.
